Claudio's First USA "Asado"

Hot Dogs and Hamburgers .... that's what you call an asado?.... well in North America.... that's what it is. I really think the US needs to think about upping their "asado" standards to the WHOLE cow..... and real meat instead of hot dogs..... :).... but we went traditional this Fourth of July anyways. We had hot dogs, hamburgers, potatoe salad, cole slaw, potatoe chips, and deviled eggs. It was yummy!
This was Claudio's first North American Asado... and he did it all! He was amazing! The Hamburgers and hot dogs were really yummy!
