July 22, 2006this is Claudio's birthday... this was our attempt to ride the pontoon boat. Thinking that the boating times were 10, 3, and 6 we were hoping to take the 6 o'clock boat... we arrived at 6... and the 3 o'clock boat was just pulling in.... not to bark any more passangers until the next day.... SO...long story short... my birthday present that I had planed...thinking it was going to be great...turned out to be a flop. We had to have a rain check on that one..... and it's still to come. weren't going to be able to go..... :)Claudio received a drawing board and lamp for his birthday from my parents. It's going to be a HUGE help to him as he embarks on a new carreer in illustrating and art work. He 's settled right in with it and has been loving it! It beats an ol' kitchen table that he's been using for the past several years any day! (Isn't he just so hansome?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!)

Ams, that is so awesome your parents gave him that amazing gift, I am so glad they approve of him, and everything is going so well for you!I am sure he didnt mind the pontoon ride was postponed bc he has you! Miss you!
